  • Piam (Multifamily Portfolio, Off Market, Dallas TX): Core+ $238M portfolio of 2,400 multifamily units secured for a REIT partner with assumption of existing HUD financing.
     

  • Koreatown (Apartment, Off Market, Los Angeles CA): $18M equity injection for a joint venture of an urban Infill apartment development (143 Units, 28% IRR, 2.65x M) from an institutional LP partner.
     

  • Town (Apartment, Off Market, Anaheim CA) $29M equity injection for a joint venture of an urban Infill apartment development (425 Units, 25% IRR, 2.32x M) from a Family Office partner.
     

  • Cha (Multifamily, Off Market, Henderson NV): Value Add $14M Class A, 124 Unit asset was secured for an Asset Manager partner for renovation purposes.
     

  • Brea (Land, Off Market, Los Angeles CA): 0.42 Acre urban infill transit oriented development land yielding 320 units was secured for a developer partner.
